For over 25 years, Bill has worked with individuals and multi-million dollar companies as a consultant, mediator, educator, litigator, and mentor. Understanding the legal issues facing businesses translates into successful outcomes. Currently, Bill leverages his experience as an arbitrator and mediator, and teaching undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Scranton, Pennsylvania State University-Scranton, and the New England College of Business.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Bill has successfully mediated and arbitrated medical negligence and automobile negligence matters in Pennsylvania. With additional experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he approaches each matter without bias, and with an understanding of the obstacles that can stall the amicable resolution to any dispute.

He stays current in those fields through certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the National Certification Institute, the oldest HR certification body. Bill is also a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resources Management.
